What we collect

• What you send us: your name, email, website and business details when you request an AI Visibility Snapshot, place an order or email us.
• Payment details: handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic site data: our host (Cloudflare) may log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance.

How we use it

• To prepare your snapshot, deliver your order and reply to you.
• To send you follow-ups about your request. You can ask us to stop at any time.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information.
• We don't share it, except with the services we need to do the work (email, payments, hosting) or when the law requires it.

Your choices

Email hello@citeotter.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. We'll act on it within 30 days.
