Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from Cite Otter ("we"). By placing an order you agree to them.

What we deliver

• Guest posts: a custom article published on a third-party site that meets the tier you ordered, with a link to your site.
• Niche edits: a link to your site added to an existing, relevant article on a third-party site.
• Monthly plans and other services: the work described on our pricing page for that plan.

Your approval

We send you the proposed sites and articles before anything is published. Nothing goes live without your approval.

Timelines

Guest posts usually go live in 10 to 14 days and niche edits in about 7 days after you approve. Third-party publishers control their own schedules, so these are estimates.

Replacement and refunds

• If a link is removed or changed to nofollow within 6 months of going live, we replace it on a site of the same tier at no cost.
• If a placement isn't live within 21 days of your approval, you can choose a replacement site or a refund for that link.
• Once a link is live, its fee is non-refundable, except under the replacement promise above.

No ranking guarantees

Google and AI companies decide rankings and recommendations. We guarantee the work we deliver, not specific rankings, traffic or AI mentions.

Your content and site

You confirm you have the right to promote the website and business you give us, and that it is legal. We may decline any order, for example for adult, gambling, weapons or illegal content.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is due before work starts and is processed by PayPal. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel by email; cancelling stops the next renewal.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
